Hybridoma Feeder is an adaptive medium that can be used in the preparation of rat and mouse monoclonal antibodies, such as fusion, subclonal, and culture of newly resuscitated cells, which has a significant ability to promote the growth of hybridoma cells and can replace conventional feeder cells. Compared to feeder cells, the Hybridoma Feeder adds factors with the following characteristics: 1. It can increase the growth rate of hybridoma cells; 2. Used in newly fused cells, it can increase and enlarge clonal colonies; 3. When subcloning hybridomas, the efficiency of subclonation can be improved; 4. Completely replace feeding cells, avoid pollution, and reduce working steps. Working Concentration: 1. Fusion and subclonal stage: 10% (v/v) added to complete medium; 2. Cell expansion culture and resuscitation phase: 2.5%-5% (v/v) added to the complete medium. Note: The basal media for the addition of Hybridoma Feeder are RPMI 1640, IMDM, and DMEM, and other media have not been tested.
