产品介绍
 
        SDS-PAGE 蛋白上样缓冲液 (还原 5x) 是一种以溴酚蓝为染料的上样缓冲液，可用于还 原型聚丙烯酰氨凝胶电泳中蛋白样品的制备和上样。本产品中含有还原剂 DTT，可有效打开二硫键使得依靠二硫键连接的各蛋白亚单位彼此分离。
  按每孔 5 μL 上样量计算，10 mL 本产品可以做 10000 个孔。
 
操作步骤
 
        1. 将本产品与蛋白样品按1:4比例混合均匀。
        2. 沸水浴加热3-5 min。
        3. 充分变性后待冷却至室温，小于3000 rpm离心30 s。
        4. 离心后，取适量上清上样，电泳。
 
注意事项
 
        1. 使用前请将产品瞬时离心至管底，再进行后续实验。
        2. 产品使用前请恢复至室温，确保溶液呈均一状态。
        3. 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。
