QuickFreezing-M is a mammalian cell cryopreservation solution with independent intellectual property rights and a unique formula. Its chemical composition is clear, using cell culture media such as DMEM as the mother liquid, containing DMSO, and free of serum or other protein components. It has the advantages of high efficiency, low toxicity, no exogenous factors and easy use, and is recommended for the cryopreservation of conventional mammalian cells.

 

Feature description

1. QuickFreezing-M has a clear chemical composition, with DMEM as the mother liquor, containing DMSO, and no bovine serum or other protein components.

2. QuickFreezing-M, due to its unique cell protection formula, allows cells to be directly placed in a -70℃ refrigerator during the freezing process without the need for cumbersome cooling procedures.

3. QuickFreezing-M does not contain bovine serum or other protein components, and thus will not introduce exogenous factors that cause contamination of cell seeds, such as various bovine viruses and mycoplasma.

4. QuickFreezing-M contains no bovine serum or other protein components, and thus is also suitable for the cryopreservation of serum-free cultured cells.

5. QuickFreezing-M contains no bovine serum or other protein components, making it highly suitable for cryopreserving cells that tend to agglomerate during the use of conventional bovine serum-containing cryopreservation solutions, such as various 293 cells, etc. (Figure 1).

6. QuickFreezing-M was tested on various cells including Hela, RD, HEK-293, 293T, SP2/0, K562 and P815. The cell survival rates after resuscitation were all higher than those of cells cryopreserved with conventional bovine serum-containing cryopreservation solutions.

7. QuickFreezing-M is recommended for transportation at room temperature, storage at -20℃, sterile handling, and has a validity period of 18 months.
