Human IgG (Fc fragment) rapid detection test strip is a protein semi-quantitative detection reagent based on colloidal gold lateral chromatography technology. The main structure is composed of sample pads, gold label pads, chromatography membranes, absorbent paper, backplates and other structures. Goat anti-mouse polyclonal antibody (quality control line) and mouse anti-human (Fc fragment) monoclonal antibody (detection line) were fixed on the chromatography membrane. Colloidal gold-labeled murine anti-human (Fc fragment) murine monoclonal antibody is fixed on the gold label pad. When the sample to be tested is dropped into the sample pad, the liquid moves towards the gold label pad through capillary action. When the liquid containing human antibodies passes through the gold label pad, it binds to murine anti-human (Fc fragment) monoclonal antibodies. As the complex moves to the detection line, it is captured by murine anti-human Fc monoclonal antibodies immobilized on the detection line. As the captured complex accumulates, it appears burgundy on the detection line. When the complex moves to the quality control line, the sheep anti-murine antibody captures the colloidal gold-labeled murine monoclonal antibody. The presence of human antibodies in the sample is determined by interpreting whether the detection line and the quality control line on the chromatography membrane are color-developed. The lower limit of the test strip is 0.3ug/mL, and when the concentration of human antibodies in the test sample is 0.25ug/mL to 30μg/mL, the shade of the color of the test line is positively correlated with the sample concentration.
2. Use
Human Antibody Assay: This assay can be used for rapid assays whether derived from human serum or human antibodies obtained using eukaryotic expression systems (or recombinant protein products with human Fc fragments).
