化彻底牢固，因此跟其他佐剂相比比较不容易出现免疫耐受现象。

2.单抗腹水制备：将佐剂注射BALB/C小鼠腹腔，每只0.3-0.5ml处理腹腔15天左右（一般12-18天），然后注射杂交瘤细胞，建议每只注射80万-100万个。腹水会比普通佐剂晚出1.5天-2天，但通

常情况下腹水的量是普通佐剂出量的1.5-2倍，且单抗腹水效价不变。
