Q1: IgG subclass mouse monoclonal antibody purification kit
Normal saline or PBS can be used instead of dialysate
Q2: What is the specification of the dialysis bag?
D47 (diameter ~47mm), cut-off capacity: 12kd, length ~6cm, dry dialysis bag; Soak in pure water for 3 to 5 minutes and knead until softened
Q3: If the dialysis fluid in the kit runs out, can I use my own saline or PBS?
During the use of the kit, dialysate is used in both the sixth and eighth steps. In the sixth step, the dialysate provided with the kit must be used, while in the eighth step, normal saline or PBS can be used as substitutes.
Q4: Dialysis reagent: two bottles, one is crystalline solid, the other is half water half solid. How to handle?
One of the components in the dialysis reagent contains water. When the temperature is a bit higher, water may seep out, but it does not affect its use.
Q5: If I can't use up the dialysis fluid at once, can I prepare it in batches? How to store it?
Dialysis reagents must be prepared at one time. However, if the working concentration of 8L is too high, it can be prepared into 10X, 20X and other concentrated solutions at one time, and then used according to the amount. The prepared concentrated solution can be stored at 4 degrees for 3 months. The 1x working solution at 4 degrees can be stored for 2 weeks.
