Q1: What affinity has been achieved using your libraries for screening?
The affinity OD450 is generally between a few points and three points
Q2: When purchasing a library, can the corresponding bacterial strain, helper phage, and M13 secondary antibody be provided?
These are not provided
Q3: Does your company provide phage particles or the original bacterial library? Can the library be replicated?
It can be amplified, but as it expands, diversity will be lost. Only bacteriophages are provided, not bacteria
Q4: Can immune libraries be provided?
Sorry, we do not provide immune banks. We can only offer natural banks
Q5: I see the library capacity and concentration. What about the insertion rate and correctness rate of these libraries? Are they guaranteed?
Each of our libraries is a mixture of multiple small libraries, with a total capacity of over 10 to the power of 10, an insertion efficiency of over 90%, and a sequence accuracy rate greater than 90%.
Q6: What are the phage vectors for the three natural libraries?
All three natural library carriers are pP3N. Long-2
Q7: How many screenings can be done with 1ml of the natural library?
It's usually once. If you save money, you can do it twice
