Rsv-infected cells are spread out. After the cells reach approximately 90% abundance, they are washed with PBS, fixed and blocked. Then, the other steps are the same as ELISA. Antibodies are added, but the secondary antibodies are not HRP-labeled secondary antibodies, but FITC or rhodamine-labeled secondary antibodies.
